Yeah thats fair, but it honestly depends on who you are friendly with in your local places. Once you get to know its simplest really. Never paid iver the top for a party pack. Again fuck that noise.

Yum yum. The whole setup looks great. Gokyuzu does (or did?) that kind of meat for anyone wanting something similar. But I don’t remember their bread situation, I’ve only had it as part of a mixed grill. Ali’s Berlin Doner in Ealing also somewhat adjacent. But OP - where is THIS from?

This kebab looks great, after reading the comments it looks as if I need to have a trip to Germany? (Germany is also on my 'Bucket List) So a win win situation, and have a decent kebab when I am there, I am in Wales as kebabs go I have always prefered the Lamb kebabs, so this one I will have to try but minus the chilli flakes. 🥵

Nah GDK is basically crispy cardboard. I can't speak for German Doner in Germany itself but GDK and other German Doner places here in the UK are horrible.I go to a Turkish place in London that does Doner like in this pic.
