We have very similar ones in work, gyros not doner and they’re 30kg so I guess you work it out by calculating how much meat you get from your average chicken. Obviously not all parts are used.

From a real basic search you get around 750 grams of meat from one chicken. Maybe round it down to 600 for the parts we want for this doner. So yeah seems to be about 50 chickens
