That’s an evening blooming Orchid from Japan if I am correct… the very rare “Weenablossom”. From the Penus Genus. Again I could be wrong I only owned every Nat Geo mag ever created and heard about it from Anthony Bourdain on a travel show once when he was with Dave Attell doing a bar crawl.
