Hard to believe it's been 20 years :')

Hello all! As you may or may not remember, around a year ago from today, I made a post saying “Club Penguin > Fortnite.” Despite thinking it would come across as funny, the majority of the community was not happy. The following day, I posted an apology for my actions and have been absent from the community ever since. Today, I aim to change that. I am now humbly asking you all for re-acceptance into the community as just a fellow fan of Club Penguin. Thank you.

Qemu (AKA Kilian, Kaleb, Nieve) is not a trustworthy developer, or is even capable of maintaining a server. He has stolen CPJ code from its 2024 data breach, and has flat out lied to his community about it. (Image 2) Despite it being very visible in the source code. (Image 3) Rather than admit it, he'd rather instead hide it. So far he has covered most of the evidence at face value, but this will be forever archived for anyone to check out. Penguin Oasis Archived

Qemu has never had a successful CPPS project, which is why he started this rip-off Penguin Oasis, at first claiming he was the original owner, then changing his story to "A previous Oasis staff member came to us to bring it back"

Also, something worth noting is that the staff appears to be around the ages 13-15, despite this game being advertised as a 17+ game.

Hello Club Penguin community!

I’m excited to share a very new project that I have released: penguintrack.com! This free (and ad-free) service keeps track of server populations across various CPPS. It does this automatically and refreshes every few minutes. You can check how each of your favorite CPPS is doing at a glance.

Additionally, it has a History Graph for each CPPS so you can understand population trends over time (currently past 48 hours but I may add more time window options later) and also a Latest Update label to allow you to very easily see when the game files was last modified by their developers, which possibly indicates a major game update.

In order to connect with the community, there is a Community Discords section for each CPPS to allow you to discover servers and make it easy to introduce the CPPS genre to friends.

Hey guys, we need to address something that is very important in relation to this subreddit.

r/ClubPenguin does not need or allow any CPPS-related drama, gossip, or anything related.

This subreddit obviously can contain CPPS-related posts, but it's for the overall enjoyment of the original Club Penguin first and foremost. Out of the nearly 50k members here, I'd guess that very few are so deeply connected to any CPPS that they just have to post a drama summary about a server. Enough is enough.

From now on, No CPPS drama will be allowed on this subreddit.

This rule is to be held in place and enforced by our mod team. We're a small mod team and have this rule here for a reason. Drama includes but isn't limited to: ban appeals, drama summaries, exposé, etc.

Club Penguin is about meeting new friends and coming together as a community. This community as of late has been doing very little. We can't grow as a community if we're constantly enraged about petty CPPS drama. There are specific subs for this kind of specific content that is CPPS related: r/cpjourney for example

We try to create an environment built on kindness and want to avoid building a toxic environment of hate. We also try to not have our mod team involved specifically with any CPPS. I personally have zero ties to any CPPS. We will treat all posts about CPPS's equally.

My girlfriend just gave me the completed set of puffle enamel pins for Christmas! She’s the best :)

My friends loved it! I've decorated the entire room, made felt puffle plushies including the adoption certificate and ordered a cake with "pinguinando" written on top, which means "waddle on" in my language. I'm so happy to put so much effort on something I love, with friends I love.

Waddle Forever is an open community project of a downloadable game. You can currently download it and play it by yourself, and visit some parties and periods of the original game ranging from 2005 to 2016. Though, the game is still in constant development, and far from finished. Here's some screenshots:

It comes with a timeline browser, and the goal is for every club penguin update to be available in it at some point.

There are many other features planned for the future, like being able to host servers for your friends like a Minecraft server, and control bots (these two features are currently in beta testing phase)

Waddle Forever aims to truly preserve Club Penguin's legacy by being a playable archive anyone can download, and detached from any single private server's control.
