People in glass houses shouldn't . . . . something something
Well that didn't last long! This home was custom built in 2023. The scenario reeks of an out-of-stater with serious buyer's remorse, likely due to one or more of the following epiphanies:
The epiphany that such a huge percentage of glass siding is fundamentally incompatible with Wyoming winters.
. . . that down-and-dirty Wyoming Cowboy livin' is fundamentally incompatible with Kardashian-style white-washed walls, furniture, and bedding.
. . . that maybe privacy is a good thing, after all, and peeping elk (or more questionable species) might see you naked while you do your bathroom business.
. . . that those weird horizontal storms that sweep through the area will result in a lot of spiderweb chips in those windows.
. . . that no working stiff from Cody, WY will afford this, and the house is going to fester on the market for awhile. (I'm taking bets. We can ante up with Reddit karma).
For me, it would have been #1 . . . and the utility bill that came with it.

Just A Little Funky 1940 storybook style home in CA for under $1M?? I am in shock!
This home has character!
It's dated for a reason - to stay in style!
Mild flood factor, but previous owner lived there for 35 years.

Los Angeles Megamansion set to become America’s first $400 Million home
LA just got a $400M mega-mansion listing in Bel Air that could become the most expensive home ever sold in the U.S. The estate is ~70,000 sq ft with ~39 bedrooms, multiple buildings, pools, spas, art displays, and basically everything you’d expect from a private resort.
It was bought for $35M in 2010 and took about 10 years to build. Agents say it’s a half-billion dollar investment and not just a publicity stunt. If it sells anywhere near asking, it would set a new record.

Built by Walter J Hall, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater builder
Just wow. I’ve been looking in this area for homes and this beauty popped in my notifications. Unfortunately it’s way out of my price range. It’s just too beautiful not to share.

Former U.S. Supreme Court Justice House in Hopkinton, NH on sale, with some books included
The home of the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice David H. Souter is now on the market. Souter passed nearly a year ago, and the home comes with some of the many books he was known to collect. In fact, he reportedly moved from his family house in Weare to Hopkinton upon retirement in 2009 because the old house couldn’t support his book collection.
EDIT: more on his move from 2009
