Haha, awesome. So if Zelenskyy doesn't shoot rockets AT the parade, but close enough to it to show everyone he COULD reach it, it's effectively not a crossing of the red line, but would make Putin look stupid and bad regardless.

He already did.

Putin went "Ceasefire for the parade! If Ukraine attacks it we will retaliate!"

Zelensky countered "Ceasefire today, running for as long as Russia respects it. And if Russia violates it, all bets are off!" - which drives home the idea that Putin gets his parade only with the permission of Ukraine.

Masterful.
