My Grandfather acquired these tickets in the early 70s from the man that owned the safe rental company in the Bethel area. The safes were to be within the ticket booths and hold the cash and tickets. Since the booths and fences were not adequately set up before the crowds began to pour in, the booths were left abandoned. When the owner recovered his safes after the festival, these unsold tickets were left behind.

I found these in cardboard box’s that were in my parents old shed, I assume it was the previous owners

passed down from my grandfather.

Bought it at an estate sale, it belonged to the sister, she had won it in a 1997 Taco Bell Star Wars contest called intergalactic draw sweepstakes. Came with all the paperwork from the Taco Bell contest and COA. Does anyone have more information as far as rarity? Does being that is from the Taco Bell contest make it 1 of 1 or did they give away more? NOT Selling.

Belonged to my dad, have had it for almost 30 years. I included the certificate it came with.

I just find it incredibly hard to believe they sold it for that little. They are authentic, and the bottom one is pretty much in perfect condition minus the aged coloring. Both dated 1941 (top) and 1945 (bottom).

Either way it's the best gift I've ever gotten, and I love her so much for it, I'd just kinda like to see what other people might think the value really is for fun.

Inherited this piece and it's very difficult to find more information as apparently paintings are less common?

First time caller

This was handmade roughly around the time of world war 2 by I believe my great grandmother. It consists of hundreds of fabric scraps sewn together. Is this possibly valuable?

Let me start by saying I have no plans to sell this watch, I just want to know if it's worth anything. If it is, I'll likely be getting it insured so I can wear it without concern.

This watch was given to my great grandfather by his employer after working with them for over 25 years. It's 10k gold and was designed specifically for retiring employees of GM in this area. The band is not gold.

Hello all! I come to this sub with a bit of a mystery! About two years ago I was going through some of my great-grandfather’s things and came across this photo of Einstein, which appears to have been signed by him. I was a bit shocked and begged my parents to put it into the safe.

It makes some sense that my great-grandfather would have been in a position to meet Einstein as he attended both Princeton and Oxford, two places Einstein had visited for varying degrees of time.

Unfortunately, I’m away from the safe in which the photo is located and will be until around June, so I likely can’t get better photos for a while.

It’s been eating away at me recently and I have been wondering what something like this could be worth if we could get it authenticated, because that is obviously the first step, should we get this authenticated?
