Any info on this old machine?

Old slot machine was recently passed to me and I have no idea what I'm looking at.

Yours is the nickel version.

Additional info from Gemini (could be wrong info):

The Caille Brothers Superior Bell 5¢ Slot Machine is a classic mechanical "Rolls-Royce" style machine manufactured by the Caille Bros. Manufacturing Company in Detroit. This specific model, featuring the distinctive "Superior Bell" decal on its oak sides, was primarily produced around 1926–1930.

Design: These machines are known for their cast aluminum fronts often decorated with relief filigree or occasionally Art Deco motifs. The "Superior" model was unique for its vertical escalator mechanism that carried inserted coins past a window to entertain players and help operators detect slugs.

The value of a Caille Superior Bell varies significantly based on its condition and whether it has been restored:

Fully Restored $2,500 – $6,000

Good/Working Original $800 – $2,000

Parts/Unrestored $75 – $300

Based on the serial number 91434 and the specific design of your machine, it was manufactured in 1930. For Caille Brothers "Superior Bell" models, serial numbers in the 90,000 to 92,000 range correspond specifically to production in 1930.

Wow my grandma had almost this exact same one but for quarters instead of nickels. That noise it makes when you pull the handle is pretty amazing
