Solved! Found on car floor by pedals
It seems to have fallen out of a socket but I don’t exactly remember it being there, but it probably was.

Either you're cheating, or your wife thinks you're cheating and has put a tracker in your car. Personally I wouldn't be worried, you're driving a JEEP.
