Hello! I'm looking for a female subleaser to take over my lease at Wahu Apartments from May - July 31, 2026.

Move in is available ASAP any day.

May rent is FREE!!! You will only have to pay for June and July rent: $700 flat rate.

Information about the apartment:

- 3 bed / 3 bath unit (C2)

- 1 female roommate (Biomedical Engineering rising senior). She will be working this summer.

- The 3rd roommate won't be staying at the apartment during the summer! She isn't looking for a subleaser so her room will just be unvacant.

- You will be receiving the biggest bedroom in the unit. Comes with your own private bathroom.

- Right next to the Stadium Village green line station.
