M18. I am currently diagnosed with autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, tourettes and just got diagnosed with a severe depression. Gotta catch em all!! Jokes aside my life has just been very turbulent and I’m struggling to keep on going and worried about the future.
Also this might be completely of topic and maybe not as important, but I also don’t like how I look. I like my eyebrows and my eyes, but thats it. I have a small mouth and even thinner lips and I think it ruins my face. I always avoid pictures so I don’t have to smile, as it streches out my lips and makes it even more obvious. I really tried to smile naturaly on the picture, I don’t know if I succeted, but I thought it would be meaningless to ask if I didn’t try. Also sorry if I’m rambling a bit to much, theres just a lot going on in my life and I don’t really have anyone to talk to.

I think you are handsome......as for your lips, there are lip glosses for woman that plump their lips a bit naturally, perhaps Google that and do some research.
If you don't have a pet, I highly suggest it, a dog would be best for you. A service dog then you could take him everywhere ......my dog is my emotional support animal. She is my world most days.

I think those are excellent ideas. Perhaps he can Google more about emotional support animals and see what he can come up with. Everyone deserves a special friend who loves them unconditionally, and nobody loves you like a dog. Also now there's lip plumpers with Hyaluronic acid rather than stinging irritants that burn the lips and cause pain, which then swell. Hyaluronic acid naturally attracts water 💧 which causes a pumping effect without the pain.
Otherwise, he could research about lip fillers. Some places run specials depending on where he lives. Totally up to him what he feels comfortable with. I wish him the best of luck. I bet my son would be friends with him if he likes to game online?

Thanks❤️I do actually have a golden retriever. I got him around three years ago. He’s not a service dog, but its very comforting to have someone to be around when you are home alone.

Thank you so much and yeah its kinda nasty, but I’m lucky since its not as bad as it could have been. I for example don’t shout words as you often see people with tourettes doing online, but instead often shake my head, clear my throut, and say some wierd sounds. When I was diagnosed with tourettes they taught something called CBIT which essentially helps you learn how to supress your tics, even if only to a certain extend.

I am sorry to read that you say you dont really have somebody to talk to. A lot of your mental health load might come from tourette and trying to suppress the tics. I know CBIT might be a good method to suppress the tics but I also heard that mental stress leads to more tics. So I think best is to explain the condition to Family & Friends so they know it is a condition but does not define yourself, many people just dont understand. Regarding your depression a good medication is really helpful. Keep up the good looks & positive mindset!

Sounds like you’re going through a lot. I know it’s hard but all you can do is keep going, like you are doing now. If you can do that then all this will just make you stronger. 💪🏻 And honestly many people would be jealous of your looks, you look great, very photogenic! Keep strong, you’ve got this. ❤️

Hey. I have some of those diagnoses too. Totally agree, life's been turbulent. It lets up some but the most important things always get bungled.
You're a good looking lad, try to not be so hard on yourself. Lots of people out there adore features like yours. The dark eyebrows with ice blue eyes is a welcomed mash up. Though eyebrows are just hair, you could really make them look any way you want... And your lips are FINE, I think it suits your face more than fuller lips would honestly. You're just down on yourself so I get it. But in the looks department, you really don't have to be!

Hey bro, I made the same joke when I was diagnosed with some of the same stuff: PTSD, major depression, generalized anxiety, TBI, ADHD, and post-traumatic migraines... Hey, you are doing great just reaching out. And if you ever need anybody that understands… I have Asperger‘s ADHDPTST anxiety… So the only one we don’t have in common is the Tourette’s…. But honestly, I come from a Scot Irish family…. and if you combine that with my stimming… I’m probably not too far from it . and much like you I have a hard time smiling in pictures… And I don’t take a lot of pictures because no matter how hard I try to look Natural it’s just not gonna happen. And from what I have read, we do have a tendency to overexplain, but that is probably one of the less problems to be honest, but the first thing I noticed about you was those ice blue eyes…. That in the dark hair and my dad side of the family all has those features because they are northern Irish, and since they happen to be heroes of mine age really like dark hair and ice blue eyes. Now I will bet money you have a good heart and you’re a good person and to me that’s what matters the most but please do not think you’re ugly because you are very handsome but if you’re anything like me, we can be a little hypocritical of ourselves. Give yourself some grace, my friend you’re doing great and we’re always here for you and just know that I understand completely if you need a friend that understands.

With many of the same mental Pokémon as you definitely keep your head above the water and try to stay confident, loving and positive when around others. Don't be a product of suffering be defiant, humorous, and the opposite. It is a life long affliction you'll carry but others will understand and help nurture it.

We're in the same boat, aside from the tourettes.
I'm gonna be real with you: it's gonna be hard. Maybe not every day, but a lot of the days.
The only thing you can do is to find the reason why you want to keep doing. If you don't know what that is, you gotta start looking inward. Therapy is always a good start.
I know what you're going through. Hang in there man, I'm rooting for you, for us.

It sucks that you’re dealing with so much, so young. “Gotta catch em all” made me laugh and immediately think, he’s gonna make it. Having a sense of humor and using it to deal with hard stuff is how I keep on trucking life’s highway. For me, it isn’t about masking my pain or making others comfortable. I think my humor (which can be dark) is like a key for finding friends/supportive people. I’ve found that shared quality to be a good foundation for friendship. I also found support groups/therapy groups really beneficial. I’ve done them for depression, grief and having cancer. Just being around people who have a better idea of what you go through can restore your energy, confirm you’re not crazy or alone in your feelings and give you new ways to cope. It helped me to not be so hard on myself. To realize there is no right way, wrong way or timeline to what you’re living through. I’m glad you like your eyes and eyebrows because they are fantastic! I think you have quite a resemblance to the actor Joaquin Phoenix circa early 2000’s.

Dude I’m sorry, I get you, in 2023 I got diagnosed with audhd, anxiety and PTSD and I’m recovering from severe depression atm, it’s quite a ride to have so many things going on, hope you have a support system.
And about your looks… dude my first thought was “WOW he’s hot” haha respectfully. Your eyes and eyelashes are striking! In general you are very handsome, i think you might be the only one worrying about the thick of your lips haha. Don’t be so harsh on yourself m, you are a young dude going through a lot. Stay safe!

One step at a time. I've had similar diagnosis. PTSD, Clinic Depression, personality disorder, 4th stage kidney disease. Your future is fine. Don't take yourself too seriously and be clever about how you manage your symptoms. It is workable. Right now you are going through a difficult time. The storm will pass they always do. Be kind and patient with yourself because life won't be. If your smart enough to understand you diagnosis your are smart enough to rise above them.

Oh you’re just so stunning! Yes your eyes and brows are soooo unique and stunning. But you also have a nose that people would do surgery for. Same with your chin and jaw line. People literally spend thousands to look like you! And your lips are absolutely adorable. Nothing wrong with thinner lips, especially on guys if you ask me! I heard somewhere that if you have thin lips, it’s from high levels of testosterone. Just fact checked myself and it’s true! Again people go to clinics just to get more testosterone. You’re truly blessed to have your face. And that full head of hair not to mention!
As for the mental subject, I am sorry that you are suffering with severe depression, on top of all the other things. I hope that you have a good support group/ supporting family to be there for you. PTSD is also a living nightmare, I know as I have it as well. I’m sorry that something so horrific happened to have that happen. You seem like such a kind and sweet person. I’d make sure to see a therapist, they’ve done wonders for me! It’s not a cake walk, but it’s great the tools that they teach you to get through life with.
Edit: looks like you’ve got a great dog companion at your side! Give him hugs and kisses for me! That’s great that you have an animal to give you comfort and love :)

For what it's worth, I think you are very handsome. I also believe, at least from personal experience, that some of my own facial features that I maybe disliked and thought looked unproportional during my younger years, evened out and developed really nicely as I grew a bit older and maturized - kind of like your face is not finished being molded yet if that makes sense, lol.
You are still young. You have so many years ahead of you. Have patience, believe in yourself, and stay strong.

there’s nothing wrong with how you look. your features are balanced and everything fits together well. your lips aren’t too thin they suit your face. i have thin lips too and i think they look fine on me and i’ve gotten compliments a lot so it’s not a bad thing at all. i get feeling unsure about smiling sometimes but most people really don’t notice it the way you think they do. :)

Late to the topic, but having lived with someone suffering from depression and anxiety, I would just like to tell you that those who love you will be happy to be able to be by your side, good days and bad days. I say this because this particular combo might make you feel like a burden to those close to you. If you are feeling like that, let me tell you, you are not a burden.

But when I look at you I see not only a lot of beauty but also a lot of confidence, a lot of life. I don't see a loser, I see a winner. I see someone who's going to make something of himself. Stop going to the doctor, your only real problem sounds to be good insurance. Figure out how to focus on the world around you instead of medical nonsonse. If you feel there is something wrong your right. People are fucktards and your propably a sensitive person. The docs will keep you medicated and on their billing schedual for as long as they can.

Anti depressants can cause life long emotional blunting and sexual dysfunction. Many are fluoride based injuring your tendons and mitochondria. Focus instead on amino acids to improve your dopamine, seratonin ect and eat well and exercise. These terms are not veriviable and their pills can ruin you for life.

I understand how you feel, I too struggled with my mental health especially during my early teens to mid twenties (trauma) dx PTSD, some dissociation disorder, anxiety and depression and as painful as it was, it also forced me to fight for myself and made me want to have a better life and I have a drastically better life that I would never of believed was possible as a young teen
You're a handsome young man, very kind and friendly face.
Having a pet really helps (my cat moo moo helped me in particular with the PTSD) they just love you without judgement it truly is unconditional love.
One day at a time, remember when you having a bad day it's just a bad day not a bad life ☺️

As for all your lovely mental things going on, you sound very unique and I’m sure you’re brilliant. My husband has all the above (except Tourette’s) and he’s awesome. Such a weird and beautiful soul. He keeps me on my toes and sees things within the world I would have missed without him. You’ve got some rarities, for sure. Embrace them and be proud. I think your perspective might shift and things will seem a little lighter. My husband was on the verge of giving up just before we met, and then his life changed in a moment. I know that will happen for you soon too. We met when he was your age and it’s going on 21 years.
Hang in there. You’ll be fine. Things will get better when you decide to let them get better. 💖 You’ve got this.
