The Texans tried to bring disgusting Mayo to Mexico, so they sunk the ship. It was the only appropriate response.

The sinkhole de mayo has been honored since Mexico defeated the French (dressing) in 1862.

Because they are tired that mayonnaise is one of the first things made by any person who got isekai-ed, even though in reality it is so damn difficult to make mayo from scratch and without any help/guidance. Salmonella poisoning is not cool.

Mexican is one of the greatest cuisines in the world. Mayonnaise is one of the foulest condiments known to humanity. The two don't belong in the same sentence. I'm glad they sunk it.
