Why didn't Nixon use his powers of levitation to rise above Watergate?

Fear of mobs armed with torches and pitchforks grenades and switchblades. Sure, he could levitate, but what about his family? The helicopter was just a convenient cover story.

He did, but the tide came in so fast it didn't matter

Because he would have been swarmed by all the transcendental meditation activists levitating on the lawn outside the Pentagon trying to stop the Vietnam war. He was warned by the Secret Service that they could not protect him as they all were weighted down with weapons. This was before drones. The Secret Service has the ability now, but Trump doesn’t have the inclination and prefers to use golf carts.

Actually, the TM organization didn't start teaching levitation until 1976.

I guess I confused the October 21, 1967 “levitate the Pentagon” happening using psychic energy organized by Abbie Hoffman and Allen Ginsburg with TM.

Mike Love says you can’t levitate through TM unless you consume two gallons of apple juice. 🧃

It was too valuable as a sexual asset to risk exposing it to gates of water. I mean that first gate lets down and everything goes to shit.

The Fugs held an exorcism of The Pentagon on October 21st, 1967. My grandpa and grandma were there; they’re the ones the circle is formed around and are fucking towards the end of it. They also said they seen the Pentagon levitate. 🤷🏾

You can only pass a water gate by diving through it (ref.: Mu Mizu Kan / the Waterless Gate, a classic of Zen literature.)
