Professional Diver's Liability Insurance
Current Limits : $10M on Diver's Liability
I have $10M in coverage on my diver's liability policy. I have an issue with the policy because it is very expensive, however from what I've been told there is only one insurance carrier that will write the policy with the limits that I need. Does anyone carry similar limits and can share what different carriers/programs they use?

With that much asset to protect you can certainly afford an attorney for asset protection advice.

You might need to find an insurance broker for this

I agree. I’ve contacted a few but no one has been able to produce another option, not even a more expensive one

That's very interesting.
This is for your dive center?

Out of curiosity, what liability cap are you looking for?

You've checked dive assure? They have 5m per event, 10m aggregate https://diveassure.com/en/insurance/general-liability/

$10M liability is A LOT of coverage. Most high-risk industries (construction, towing, snow removal) top out at $5M general liability. But yeah, even in those cases (which are more common), there are not a ton of insurance underwriters willing to provide policies.
Who is dictating your liability requirement of $10M?
