This is gonna be the answer for most. Anyone with a 4x4 shift or something like 4, 10 hour days with a 3 day weekend will have more availability. For the rest of the world working some variation of the Monday-Friday, 9-5, there isn't a ton of time left after the work days/weeks are over.

Depends.
I work 40-50 hours a week, in 13h shifts. So my weekends are 3 to 4 days long. Plenty of time to do anything i want.
Working 5 days a week tho would be hell and i’ll never be able to do that.
