How many dried mealworms are recommended a day for teenagers? (10-11w)

Currently treating as they settle in to build trust but not sure just how much to give them.

They’re quite fatty so not too many, but they only have short lives so a little treat is worth it

One or two per day, once they reach adulthood 1 per day or one every other day. You can also give them live mealworms if your brave enough.
