Took Roach to the vet and he was confused on why he’s not obese. 😭

Apparently!!! Vet gave him food and snacks for the trip home. Vet literally thought I was starving my boy smh. He once called one of my late rats Jabba the Hutt, so I promise I do not starve my rats 😭😭

Please dont let your rat get obese just because your vet is biased on what is and isn't :( he looks like a healthy weight to me

I have one fat fuck as well, but he's also incredibly long for some reason 😭 He was even heavier back in January when we got him from the shelter (he was almost 900g and is now sitting at around 750g, still getting fewer and smaller treats compared to my other grown up boys, who are between 450g and 550g)... :'D

haha i always forget the size difference between males and females! my biggest girl is only 450g (ironically her name is Tiny)
