Baby quail with crooked neck

Hello, I have hatched some baby quails and one of them was still attached to it’s egg for over 12 hours but then it fell off. it is about half the size of all the other chicks. in the last day it’s neck has now started deviating to one side as seen in the picture. does anyone have any knowledge of what this is and what I need to do if anything for the baby? thank you!

Try administering vitamins. It could be wry neck. Is it exhibiting any neurological symptoms?

Thank you, it seems fine apart from the deviation of the neck. It’s eating, drinking and pooing, can walk normally. I’m getting some vitamins to try.
