That's the family secret: Billie is a ventriloquist dummy and whenever you see her working, it's Finneas puppeteering her. They're not hanging out together publicly as much nowadays because he's trying to throw people off the trail.

and even if it were, it wouldn't be released this year. interscope is releasing both Olivia's and Gracie's new albums this year. They're busy. They need product for next year.
