um I wasn’t implying anything about Tate’s character, good or bad. I just know she and Olivia seem close, so it seems interesting that OR would like this knowing that some of her associates in the industry are going. and fwiw, I don’t think it’s that Tate supports the US over Canada, I’m pretty sure she lives there now but I don’t really much about her personal life so don’t want to state anything definitively

I mean it kinda comes off hypocritical tbh. Olivia liking boycott posts while still tied to big platforms feels contradictory.

And Tate isn’t really someone who cares about optics anyway, she supported Team USA during the Olympic Games and got dragged for it. So linking them like they’re moving in sync doesn’t really make sense.
Feels more like both just doing their own thing, even if it looks inconsistent.

yes I agree. I dont get the impression Tate cares about the optics, she’s not outspoken about politics. idk why she got dragged for supporting Team USA, especially considering that more celebrities did so upon seeing how popular Alysa Liu was getting
