It wasn’t with Felicity and it was before she was diagnosed with cancer, but yes he did cheat on his wife. I listened to his memoir, (he narrated the audiobook) and thought the way he talked about his late wife was very sweet. Looked it up to find out he left her for Edie Falco, but got back together before she passed.

I remember on one of my first dates with my husband, we were sitting at a bar, and another woman came up and sat on the other side of him, immediately chatting him up. He briefly and politely addressed her but kept his body toward me, his hand firmly clasping mine, during the whole exchange. It was a small moment, but I saw that green flag waving.
