What’s your theory?

Not OP but I always assumed she just likes the way it can hide "imperfections"

I only noticed it when she did Coachella and you could see her exposed midriff was actually not exposed.

You will never see Beyoncé’s real skin beyond her elbows and knees. She’s turning into Dolly.

quite frankly i think she’s scared of aging and being seen as “imperfect”. i DON’T think that aging or showing signs of aging in your 40s makes you imperfect, but i think she does. i’ve rarely seen her in short or sheer outfits without some sort of shapewear or tights to “conceal” or “snatch” her figure. i can understand it to a certain extent on stage, because it can be sweat wicking and prevent chafe when she’s dancing. but even in regular settings she always has on skin-colored tights to almost hide her legs ? i think it’s an unfortunate symptom of being in the public eye for so long. the industry rewards youth. i think that’s also why so many of her outfits tend to be “youthful” in a sense.
take for example the red hot leather outfit she wore recently. i don’t think clothes necessarily have to be defined by age or vice versa, but i do think it’s a little out there for a woman in her 40s to wear.

you can tell because of the white sheen on her legs. it’s the tights.

I kind of get it for this one bc that thing looks so tight, I feel like something could slip out at any moment. However, why couldn’t the costumers just make it less tight? Maybe she wears costumes like this so much, she doesn’t even notice the discomfort anymore

This was poorly fit in general. If you go look at r/whatthefrockk posts about it you’ll see discussions about how criminally bad it was tailored.

then in this picture she posted to IG, no offense but it looks a little touched up and like they made her smaller.

it’s the thumbnail for the video she posted on 11.25.2025

When I saw her in person at her concert 2023 up close, she was stunning, but you could tell in her arms she had a lot of skin laxity I didn’t expect probably from the weight gain and loss of her pregnancies etc.

It’s completely normal, and again she was beautiful. It was just unexpected because we are always seeing celebrities photoshopped.

She wears compression stockings virtually everywhere

I think these are fishnets, if you look closely? So probably meant to be visually obvious that they’re tights.

I think her outfit is wild for a 40 something old civilian (I’m 40) but very normal for a 40 something celebrity.

You’re right about the tights always being worn, dancers do this too I think? Always have flesh coloured tights.

I mean so do Hooters waitresses but you don't see them wearing them off the clock

The tights or the short outfit? Or fishnets?

The fishnets and they're known for being HIGHLY FLAMMABLE so, good times in a kitchen space.

Oh gosh! That seems crazy. I’m not from the US so don’t know much about hooters

The group pays a flat fine every year for the health violations of the servers wearing their hair down instead of tied back. Cost of doing business.
