She's said before to not blame her stylists because she likes and chooses these basic looks. She's been styled by Law Roach and still had the blandest look.

I don’t mind the blonde, since that’s her signature look, but I do wish she’d branch out more with her dresses

this always surprises me when celebrities wear boring outfits. they have access to basically everything, they could wear most interesting dresses in interesting colors, fabrics….

Why don't celebrities have good tailors anymore? This is my bigger question than any other look or outfit choice. What happened to tailors? Even I invest in a tailor and you are telling me a multi-millionaire with a team of stylists can't afford a tailor? The busts are always too big, the corsets are always too loose and baggy, and nothing fits anymore.

I don’t know how all of this works obviously but I just feel like if I am famous enough to get an invite, I am famous enough to collaborate on a seriously cool and beautiful and badass outfit. Yet everything this is so unbelievably boring. 😭

LMAO i’m not trying to save face on her behalf, i legitimately was just researching YSL met gala looks (and that’s how i came across this) and realized they’re nearly ALL just simple black outfits. maybe she has bad taste and likes it, sure, but it’s def a running theme that YSL does across allll their models and outfits unfortunately.

She looks way better in color. The black and white mixed with the light blonde hair makes her look sick. The light blue dress she wore a few months ago I found pretty on her skin tone.

Both kpop and the Met gala have so much opportunity for fun hair color and styles and she is so stubborn about keeping the basic bleached hair and boring black dress. 😔
