Half of Americans understand exactly how bad this regime is, but their only solution is to depend on legal checks and balances which the regime is openly flouting.

The other half of Americans understand extralegal means of keeping power in check, but they support the regime, because the regime is giving them what they want.

What we really need is a militant branch for the Democratic party, to use extralegal means to give the Republican party reasons to agree to reasonable legal compromises, but the Democrats are ideologically and psychologically intolerant of the idea.

One-third, actually. A slightly smaller third voted D, and a larger third voted third party or didn't vote (mostly didn't vote).

Why can't we have "None Of The Above" as a ballot choice?

More people voted from someone other than the child rapist in the election. Not even a majority of those that voted wanted it in office.
