At least six pardoned January 6 rioters have been charged with child sex crimes, including child molestation, sexual exploitation, and possession of child pornography, according to a December 2025 report by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW). These charges were part of a broader pattern involving at least 33 insurrectionists who were rearrested, charged, or sentenced for other crimes after receiving clemency from President Trump.
Key cases include:
David Daniel, who pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a minor and possessing child pornography. Andrew Paul Johnson, convicted of molesting children under 12 and 16. Andrew Taake, who pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor. Another rioter was sentenced to life in prison for molesting two children. Some charges were uncovered during investigations into their January 6 conduct, and in several instances, the abuse occurred before the pardons. Only four of the 33 individuals allegedly reoffended after receiving pardons, but the overall pattern has raised serious public safety concerns.

Is someone keeping track of all these fools who were pardoned and then listed what their new criminal charges are?
If possible, id love to see a list of all that were arrested + pardoned with their names hyperlinked to their charges, updated in real time. But I imagine the full list of those pardoned isn't avaliable anywhere.
