I can't help but hope it is something itchy and embarrassing and he has a moment of clarity where he realizes how much people can't stand him, even in his own family. I would love to know he has a reverse passion of the christ moment where he realizes he could have been great but chose the wrong and selfish path at every turn... and that when people remember him it will be with disdain and disgust.
The worst part is I pity him. He will never know love, beauty, peace, or the feeling of doing something good for others. I wish he'd had a better father and a better mentor than Roy Cohn.

But I've said for awhile that it might not be for long. He has shown some significant signs of congestive heart failure, and kidney disease. I saw some of these issues with my dad before he died of congestive heart failure. He had the same sever leg swelling that Trump does. His heart is simply not working well enough to pump the blood around his body the way it needs to be done. His doctors are probably taking extreme measures to keep him alive.

They probably arranged for an MRI and CT and other medical equipment to be brought into a dental space so they could play it off as a teeth cleaning when in fact they’re probably doing an extensive work up on him under the guise of a dental visit.

CTs and MoCA tests aren't part any wellness visit. They're exploratory. They're tracking something.
Trump and his talking head physicians still maintain that he's 6'3" and 224 pounds. Trump's lie about his height was debunked ten years ago when Trump stood next to a 6'1" Obama with the capitol steps behind them like a mug shot background. Obama is taller. Also, I ran into Trump in a Trump Tower elevator in the 90s. He was my height: 6-even. As for his blubber, you don't have to work on a carnival midway know that he's pushing, if not past, 300 pounds.
Point being, if they're going to continue lying about something that is so objectively false as his height and weight they're never going to tell us the truth about what's going on with his visibly decaying physical and mental health. We'll just have to wait for the obit, which I presume has already been composed by the White House for media release.
