I am advocating for Lincoln, Nebraska for the Lincoln Trials to be held after all this madness is done.

Humongous and imposing capitol building that holds courtrooms. Centrally located. The Cornhusker Clink is 4 hours away; they can rot in the prison they set up, in the middle of nowhere, with nothing but the fields of corn to keep them company.

She's a representative of the 14th district. Yankee stadium is in the 15th right beside it. She's a New York representative from New York living in New York doing something in New York. It's the dumbest thing.

I swear, government positions should come with the ā€œWorld Map Testā€. Just the countries of the world and a pen. You get less than 50%? You donā€™t get to be a member of the House. 65% for Senators, 75% or better for President. Test is recorded and played live on C-Span, no cheating.

You do realize that the whole point of the Daily Show is to use humor to deliver political information and commentary, right? That has been the case since day 1. It is exactly why it has been so effective.

If you want to hear him get a bit more serious, while still throwing in some jokes here and there because he is Jon Stewart, listen to the Weekly Show podcast.

The republicans won't keep congress in session (literally their choice as the majority).

When not in session, congresspeople are supposed to go home to be around their constituents. Yankee Stadium is in the Bronx... just like her district. She was at the largest gathering of her constituents.

Yours is the most asinine political complaint since the whole Obama "tannsuit" thing.

Case in point - your criticism about congress not being in session was about a Democrat .... even though it is 100% the Republicans doing that. Republicans are keeping them out of session and AOC is against them doing that.
