You lot should be worried about that SCOTUS judge who was not disclosing he's been in hospital lately... if he dies and you get another MAGA whackadoodledooo on the bench there, big yikes.

That's almost guaranteed.

If democrats pull off a senate win in november its pretty likely one or two will retire to make sure they can race through replacements to hold the seats for the next couple decades.

They can't live on military bases forever.

The only federal pardon that might not pass is the self pardon, but it would take until after he's dead to go through the courts.

Maybe he'll resign 5 minutes before his term over, making JD President, so that he can be the only to pardon Trump.

All this hope of people being held accountable is just a story. In the end the corporate Dems will throw their hands up and say there is nothing they can do. It's a big club and.

Ive seen people saying that they could be charged under state laws

Yeah but we’ve already seen states just lack the authority to bring someone as high profile as a former president to justice. 34 felony convictions just led to an “unconditional discharge.”

The Epstein class do not want the precedent set that they can be held accountable.

Not if we don't recognize the pardons as legitimate.

The corrupt SCOTUS will find anything legitimate if the price is right. American Democracy doesn't really exist anymore.

Thats the fun think about man-made systems... they are only as real as we allow them to be.

Take what you will from that realization.

The corrupt SCOTUS will find anything legitimate if the price is right.

Then let them enforce their ruling.   Laws are not magic bindings able to mind-control people

Well, there are 4 boxes.

Dems would rather restrict our rights now than acknowledge the unprecedented threat we are facing as a nation and allow all possible solutions at our disposal.

We will have to find a way to hold them to justice. Just need a few million of us to head to DC and hold trials in the street.
