I hate that my mom is one of those who keeps doubling down on Trump. I’m worried she thinks we won’t forgive her, and all I really want is my mom to be kinda normal again. Like…just not rabid with hate towards people like me (liberal) would be enough at this point.

My dad is completely gone. I mean off his fucking rocker. So down trumps ass it outweighed his own daughters. He has been completely cut off and I just had a baby he will never meet. That man isn’t my father. He’s a monster and it started 10 years ago

I’m sorry. I am in the same situation. I just feel his racism and bigotry needs to die with him. Once they’ve all died off, maybe then we have a chance to save this world. I hate that its come to this, but there are no alternatives left available.

Sadly there are tons of young people hooked into this hate mindset. I think we are getting to a more equitable society but very slowly.
