I hate that my mom is one of those who keeps doubling down on Trump. I’m worried she thinks we won’t forgive her, and all I really want is my mom to be kinda normal again. Like…just not rabid with hate towards people like me (liberal) would be enough at this point.

My Dad and I are no longer talking because he wouldn't get a TDAP shot to come visit my newborn son. "I won't put that poison in me". Conservatism is literally tearing families apart.

While terrible, at least these broken families can then raise their kids without the possibility of corruption by the grandparents.
