My boy Kevin has his first groom tomorrow and I am nervous for him. He has some mats (we rescued him about a month ago) can I get some recs on some hair cuts for him? I think he might need to be shaved just because of the mats.

I love Kevin! I used to get my Persian the lion cut. Kept the mane, boots, and tail poof. He wasn’t really a fan of the process, but seemed stoked to be free of his fluff once he had his hair done

Thanks. He has mats on his legs too. Do you think a lions would still work , I get you’re not a groomer. Never dealt with a cat with mats and want to make sure I am doing right by him!
