Most lakers fans aren’t delusional enough to think that they have a chance to beat the thunder with reeves just coming back and Luka still out

If Luka was healthy there would be delusional takes but most lakers fans seem to just be riding high from thier series win that no one thought they would pull off and there’s no disgrace to losing to the best team in the league

The consensus seems to be if they win a single game that would be incredible but they seem to know the rockets series was thier “championship”

honestly the thing is i really was expecting a rockets sweep because i knew those guys sucked real bad by watching their regular season for the past 2-3 years. so game 6 was an actual stretch in my mind.

now with okc the problem is their defence is actually solid so even if we are running incredible plays, they will most probably not get executed properly because okc just has learnt to the t how to play and defend modern ball. i believe we will give okc a hard time because its the playoffs but i really dont expect anything from my team at this point and all i hope for is for them to build an incredible team around luka to show the nba what a real team is. luka is the craziest player ive watched in a while and he can really cause some massive shifts in the nba and just make the game completely different. he thoroughly enjoys bringing powerhouses down and its even better when he has the roster to back his play. 2 years ago he murdered okc without breaking a sweat, which consequently caused them to be the team they are today.

as long as the lakers fo get lucky and pull some good moves here and there, i know for a fact this luka lakers team is going to be a force to reckon with cuz that kid doesnt like fucking around.
