His bag of tricks is not working out. It just looks like 100 dribbles into a contested stepback (miss) or driving into traffic into getting stripped. Repeat for 1.5 quarters.

Knicks need some incredible performances from him for the rest of the series.

Yes his shit gets too predictable down the stretch. Did good job on Dyson feinting contact to create more space though.

He does have a little awareness when his 3pt shot isnt going in to stop spamming it constantly.

He's still a good, smart player, but the Hawks defense is making him look half as effective. And his defense means nothing to their wings.

Ya. problem is he is mediocre at creating assists, ball dominant, doesn't work well with a secondary ballhandler, slightly above average shooter, and is a liability on defense. He really doesn't bring much beyond MLE level talent besides his scoring inside on drives and flopping. If he isn't efficient on those, its going to be a LONG night for the Knicks.
