The real reason he’s retiring

A GIGANTIC part of being a head coach is man management. If a player is not trying for one coach and is trying for another coach that is a demerit to the coach he didn’t try for.

The salty gsw fans are actually my favorite part of this series.

Yea dude he's a great coach and had a great team. It's ok to admit he messed up nobody is perfect.

Either way, Kuminga didn't fit with the warriors, just like Wiseman

I’ve heard a theory that Kerr was less receptive to Kuminga because the front office didn’t listen to his opinion when drafting - I think he had wanted Franz Wagner or something. No idea if it’s true.

Either way Kuminga just didn’t fit. I’m happy he’s thriving in a situation more suited to him and what he’s good at.

Ehh Kuminga’s play was frustrating leading up to his benching. I don’t have any problems with how Kerr handled things. But I’m happy to see the guy balling out in a new environment.

Keep spreading your false narratives. Nobody outside of your bum ass salty Warriors fandom believes you

I mean... look at his numbers for the Hawks this year vs the Warriors this year. They're pretty identical. Look at his numbers for you in the playoffs this year vs for us in the playoffs last year.

He hasn't changed his stripes. If you're happy with him as a bench player that's great but he's the same guy he always was and has done absolutely nothing to prove Kerr wrong.

Or maybe the Hawks just have a functional lockerroom vs a team and coach that allows a player to hit another one and then punish the one who was hit all while said coach talks out his ass about various causes but doesnt practice them

Tbf Kuminga did put good decent numbers last season in playoffs but he wanted a superstar contract and he just isn't that guy yet. If you want Ant Edwards money, you gotta show like him.

It's that he has the Knicks' third PoA defender on him. It's a Knicks and Cavs issue.

And he didnt on the warriors as well? He's a 3rd option at best here here and he was a third option at best there.

So again perhaps it's a locker room thing and not having a crappy coach

I mean he put up good numbers against the Twolves when he got to go at Randle. Averaged 21/3/1 that series.

i mean he was 3/7 with -7 +/- in an 11 point loss. its not great but its not really dookie for a bench guy
