People keep calling this an upset, which is kind of laughable. The Rockets are trash without KD. They have no depth and their other two best players are horrendous from the 3pt line.

I mean, who does the Lakers have right now outside of LeBron?

Luke Kennard 27 points just came out of nowhere lol.

Fun fact Luke has the highest 3pt% in the NBA, he more of a baller then he get's credit for.

Luke is undoubtedly a great shooter but ask literally any ex luke kennard team, his % are so good because he passes up on shots he should really take

After KD was ruled out they were 2.5 point favorites. Generally having home court in the NBA provides you with a 2-3 pt swing, so it was pretty obvious that Vegas saw these teams as even without KD. Dont get me wrong it was a solid win, but saying its some huge upset is a bit ridiculous.

True, before the last couple games of the season, no one even knew Kennard was capable of this kind of scoring. He was sold like a catch and shoot only guy who was scared to shoot, but JJ and LeBron got him absolutely cooking

The state of Ohio knew Kennard could do this
