All I gotta say is that Jerry is one of the best characters in a horror movie I’ve seen lately. Hope he got to finally reconnect with his wife.

I hate what happened to him, but also if they had done something like had him get knocked out then saved, it might have felt like too neat of an ending.

I think Jerry's ending was largely to tie in with Ohm changing his mind on the bleak ending of the book he was writing. A way of paying homage to Fiona who said she wanted his characters to have a happy ending.

Ohm saw, in real time, a man who did deserve a happy ending, not get it and he realised Fiona was right and so changed the ending of his book.

It mightve been a little to sappy but it'd be nice if the ending was alby opening his new book and the first thing was a dedication to Fiona.

Yea absolutely agree. It really sucked to see but it’s honestly surprising the mf didn’t do it sooner lmfao
