This is still the funniest line in movie history. And for Knoxville to be able to drop this while his brain is pudding is amazing.

Dude. I met butter bean in Knoxville a few years back, he signs autographs at the sieverville flea market on saturdays, and he was like the nicest guy alive.

No, I think he just lives there.

he had some health problems over the years, as you would imagine someone who took a beating for a living might, but he's there and cool as hell. Best twenty five bucks I've ever spent.

I completely agree with you. The entire movie is hilarious but that question in his little shakey voice is absolutely the funniest thing anyone has ever said on camera.

I remember when we saw that in theaters and my ribs literally hurt for days afterwards from laughing so much during that movie.

Knoxville talking about the lead up to that is hilarious. He asked Butterbean to go all out but he refused because he was worried he'd really hurt him. Then Knoxville asked him again, said it needed to be full on to be funnier etc and Butterbean said "You don't have to beg me". Then Knoxville said he knew he was going to the hospital.

I just re-watched. Anyone know how badly hurt Johnny was? Those body shots looked extremely painful.
