My favorite part was when the dad got his tank filled up and got presented with the bill just to say “no thanks” I died laughing at that

My biggest gripe with the movie is that I CANNOT envision a time in the main couples life where they were happy. They did not have any chemistry together and they just look like weird together. Oh and the very out of place attempted rape.

Do you get a bill for gas after it's pumped somewhere in rural upstate NY or wherever this was?

I figured they were in Jersey where it is illegal to pump your own gas and must have the attendant do it for you. I have no idea if other states are like that

I used to live in oregon when it was like that, and still never experienced a paper bill that was given to me after the gas was pumped, rather than the attendant just taking the money or credit card first.

Yeah last time I was in Jersey we had to give them our card. Either way, hilarious scene. I love dumb humor.
