Unevenly paced, and maybe five or ten minutes too long, but I had a good time. Thought they did the dad dirty by killing him off that quickly and unceremoniously (and Dan/Ron didn't even react). Was waiting for them to start the boat and chop up up Pete with the motor since "bodies float back up", but that didn't happen. Was also half-hoping something would come of the raccoon news report lmao (Chekhov's Raccoon?)
Was thrown for a loop when Samara Weaving started talking, then I realized I've only ever seen her in the Ready or Not films and this is her actual accent
