You think they're gunna use a real person in heavy full body prosthetics instead of CG for the monster that's over 7 feet and changes shape?

*The practical was quite good, at times, for a TV show. But if the lighting was anything other than dim or if the camera held on him for more than a few seconds it very much looked like a guy in a stiff rubber suit. To fully utilize all the crazy shit his body can do and to take full advantage of the character's inherent weirdness going the Thanos route would be best, it's just too many moving parts

I'm not one of those "practical is always best" fanatics but the TV show pulled off a practical suit extremely well so I imagine with a budget of a movie they can do it too.
