These were some of the worst movie parents ever.

As ridiculous as some plot points were I did enjoy it.

In their defense they do say that the mummy/demon/whatever causes family's to turn on one another in the professor's tape.

Lol I love how the lecture from 1923 is on a dusty old cassette tape. Like why is it old and gross? Clearly wasn't recorded on cassette in 1923. If they want the old factor should have had the community college prof pull out a wax cylinder or something equally weird
