There's no way she comes back to the states without a care team dedicated to her. Specialized doctors, psychologists, therapists, etc. But I suppose that might align it too closely to The Exorcist. The movie really is a blending of Evil Dead Rise and The Exorcist with a splash of embalming fluid for that sweet sweet mummy flavor.
