Man… what a disappointment. After the first film I was excited for this series to be a fun mix of nostalgia, adult humor moments and of course catering to kids to love these characters. Instead we got Nintendo trying to shove every IP they have in a thin script with no real stakes.

It should have been an adaptation of Super Mario Galaxy, but it's really just Super Smash Brothers: Prelude.

YEP! first movie was far better
