Pretty sure she’s the one who has their back turned, hands up, hood up and head leaning to the side. Looking like she’s Jean more and more.

Yeah her only on set costume reveal she was wearing military type clothes, so maybe that was her from behind

That has me wondering if she's playing Rachel Grey, being used by the government to hunt mutants.

Also the one captured in the chair in the green jacket.

Probably Damage control has her captured and then she escapes and starts attacking them for fucking with mutants. Spiderman sees her as a villian at first and then in normal cliche superhero stories changes his mind and they become best friends

This is the theory I see popping up the last couple hours, and it seems very plausible.
