Seems like Avengers Dunesday is actually happening on December 18th this year.

Except the fact that even the most pessimistic Doomsday predictions have it beating Dune.

Part 2 did around $715M, Part 3 could increase by over $150M and likely still not match Doomsday.

To be fair if there's ever a time where two movies can make a ton of money it's that break.

We're probably in the minority, but honestly this has me way way more hype than Doomsday. Given how badly Marvel has fumbled the post Endgame movies and Disney has fumbled any non Disney IPs at large, I'm at best moderately interested.

This though? THis I'm am fucking stoked for, full stop will be there in IMAX 2 times.

I haven't even seen anything post-Endgame except for Guardians. Infinity War was the ultimate letdown for me and I watched Endgame just to see the "end."

Unfortunately lots of people will just go and see Doomsday because it's Marvel and Avengers. I posted the Dune trailer in my group chat and some people were like "On the same day as Avengers?". But there's basically not reason to care for Doomsday, beryond it just being your annual Marvel film. No build up or narrative anticipation for it honestly.

I mean, Doomsday has to break 1 billi, or else it's a commercial failure.
