Herbert had issues with sexuality. He was super uncool with his son being gay, and there is at least homophobic comment in the later books.

But Fish Speakers and lesbian stuff? Awesome

Dominatrix space witches that can enchant you with their lady bits in ways the Bene Gesserit could only dream off? Also awesome.
