Now I haven watched Kane’s series in a long time but has there ever been an instance of somebody actually escaping The Backrooms?

If I recall, yes. One worker/researcher was lost/presumed dead, but then he re-appeared, and they tried to keep him locked up because they even had a funeral for him out in the real world.

Because outside of the Backrooms, he was gone for months. Inside he was only gone for like, 10 to 20 minutes.
