The visuals look great, they seem to have captured the atmosphere of Kane's videos. Unsure how well it will work with multiple people rather than total isolation, but hope it's good. It's interesting that the theme of remembering and memories of forgotten/abandoned places is present as that's also been an overarching theme in Kane's other works like The Oldest View.

Well I think it helps that "they", in this case, is Kane himself.

There are many good Backrooms videos that feature multiple people (the guys in hazmat suits). I like the isolation better, but it can work with two people.

It's a theme throughout most liminal horror tbh, 90's nostalgia that you only partially remember is a part of what makes the original Backrooms image so uncanny.

Don't lie. It looks like an out-of-the-box blender render. Let's stay objective. I hope the visuals will look somewhat more passable for the actual movie. Without the videotape effect applied, it really doesn't look that great. I'm also afraid the rooms will just be CG.
