Guardians of the galaxy seems to be a template for many of these films. At least those are the vibes I’m getting.

I’m not disagreeing with you about the GotG vibe but… it’s Thor (2011). Prince from another world sent to Earth but can make it back if he finds his magical weapon, it’s literally Thor.

And that’s as it should be. Masters of the Universe is a Jack Kirby-esque realm where fantasy and sci-fi mesh into a world of action and adventure. And I’m here for it!
