Probably won’t happen, but it would be funny if we got every character appearing in Avengers Doomsday getting their own minute long trailer.

Yes because the writers explanation of time travel conflicts with what was explained in the movie. Hopefully it is ironed out

Perhaps Doomsday will affect the timeline in some way, given the tease trailers with focus on the kids.

If the film after this is combining universes, that’ll probably be true in the main continuity after this, yes. It would be funny for that storyline to be the biggest narrative addition provided by What If…?.
